Your Right to Cancel Your Order You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you received the goods or when a third party, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product on your behalf.

Refund and Processing We will refund the amount for your canceled order within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original order, and you will not incur any fees for this refund.
Conditions for Returns To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The goods were purchased within the last 14 days.
- The goods are in their original packaging.
Please note that certain items are not eligible for return. This includes goods that were made to your specifications or personalized, items that cannot be returned due to their nature or expiration date, and products opened for health or hygiene reasons.

To ensure the safe arrival of your return, we recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. We cannot take responsibility for goods that are damaged or lost during the return shipment.
Gifts If you received goods as a gift and wish to return them, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned products, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the goods were not marked as a gift when purchased or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver.
